When to contact us
Please contact the Archive team if an item arrives damaged in transit, the wrong title/copy is delivered, or the item is materially different from the condition shown on the product page.
For preloved books, the listing photos and condition notes form part of the product description. Normal signs of use that were already disclosed are not treated as undisclosed damage.
What to prepare
- Order number and the WhatsApp/email used at checkout.
- Clear photos of the package and item condition.
- An unboxing photo/video if available.
Resolution is reviewed case by case and applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.
